Don't be surprised if they pull the "emotional support" animal scam.

I think it was probably a scam and you won't get an application back. 

I am a 22 yr old senior at University of Maryland College Park, and I am really interested in Real Estate, and I would like any opinions on this class or is it a scam.

There are plenty of real estate software/education scams out there so I felt like this was a very valid concern.

I’ve heard some people say that there is no such thing and that anyone offering such is scamming.

Frankly, as I am 90 days in with no progress on collecting on their “guaranteed rent” program, I had have to advise it appears to be a marketing scam they have no intention of following through on - as always, caveat emptor.

My parents went into town and talked to people, and it turns out that the longtime owner of the land had sold a parcel just a few months ago to this pair of characters who were known for running this same spring scam throughout the area.

Its a scam incognito. 

Yes, but those times also brought out real eatate agents who were now modification gurus, attorneys getting people to file bk’s, and scam artists telling people what They Wantes To Hear, Taking Their Money And Then disapeared!
