Real Estate Investor Assistant Job/Internship. Real of Myth?
Are there really jobs out there as a REI Assistant/Intern? I’ve heard some people say that there is no such thing and that anyone offering such is scamming. But I think I remember hearing from a podcast or something that someone got started as an assistant. I’d really love to work for/observe and learn from someone already in the game, but obviously don’t want to be scammed or taken advantage of.
Anyone have any insight?
If some opportunities are real and others are scams, how does one tell the difference?
How does one find a real opportunity and avoid scams?
Thanks in advance!
