for me it gets tougher and much tougher as I get older.. aches and pains are far more frequent.Living in the Napa valley for years wine was a daily event. and of course a martini before the wine.

There's a lot of gentrification right on the river in that area, but other than that, most is pretty rough.Lots of gentrification right across the river North of Main, but lots of other good pockets in Hamilton

What is most significant, is after 15 years and 1 day...your cash flow turned from a little creek, to a flooded Ohio River.
