Any good city or area in NC or SC for BRRRR or Fix & Flip
I am an investor from the Atlanta, GA area and have been investing in GA and TN. Looking to expand to another market and need recommendations in NC and SC. Does anyone know which city is better for BRRRR or Fix & Flip? Any recommendations for realtors and contractors in those areas? TIA
