Next year may become more complex as there may be GP portion of distribution besides the standard LP portion - didn’t realize before investing that I would get some GP equity too.And I’m hearing some manual tweaking in form 8949 needs to be done to accommodate deferment of taxes for OZ investments made via capital gains.
