I am actually looking to sell my current manufactured home as a subject 2. 

It can't be manufactured or mobile home and of course we'd have to do all the permits and if I'm coverting an existing building I'd have to have it engineered and permitted to meet code and environmental health requirements.

In terms of coverage, our only requirement is a $300,000 liability, per my insurance agent instructions.

I give them a key and tell them where to find the house instructions and wifi password, it's always on the fridge.

I would also like to see different types of threads and different types of meetups that are not The Blind Leading The Blind and at these meetups the investors are provided with very inclusive instructional information.Example.

I just quickly looked it up myself, and it looks like they have a step by step instructions packet on their website (link below).

Although I copy every one on property repairs. instructions etc, it is always good to have one person co-ordinate someone being around for say a furnace clean so you don't have to do it. 

If I can come up with capital to build I will but utilities pad and driveway all I could afford at most and that’s stretching it is a manufactured home.
