I wanted to be part of this community for networking and knowledge. I am Brandi. A single mom of 2 I seldom have a job and I like it that way. I invested at 18 and  sold my first house two years ago. I also invested in 2000. I still have that property and is rented by section 8. I purchased my home in 2008it is perfect because it has an attached jdu and so I rent it out to pay my bills. Every property that I own I use to the max ability of living space. I don’t know what I am doing but I know I like cash flow. I have a beautiful piece of property that I would love to one day build on. I am running numbers on the property I got surveys and plans in and permits that have expired my dream of giving my kids two places. Is not dead but on the back burner. The real estate method I want to try is brrr very interesting to me I can do it I have a team of workers in every field. If I can come up with capital to build I will but utilities pad and driveway all I could afford at most and that’s stretching it is a manufactured home. I wanted an adu jdu and a garage. So if you have any suggestions I would love to learn. Thank you
