As far as finding properties there is no magic pill.

I've read some studies from Jeffrey Swanson "Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences" Duke University and each person's case is different and they respond to treatments differently.Treating someone requires a professional evaluation and if all they prescribed was a pill then it is likely the treatment will fail. 

Finally, I took the red pill that was spoke about in the recent podcast and realized this is what I want!

There are no magic pills or words other than work smart and know what you are doing.

Anyways, best to spend the $1500-$2000 and have them separated. its good investment if every you want to re sale.not to mention the saving on headache pills. ;-) 

I have always known that I should  be unplugged from the matrix. but I have never had the confidence that i had found "Morpheus" with the "blue" or "red" pill option.

Going from 800-->975/1000 may be a hard pill for them to swallow given they will now also be paying w/s/g bills. 

I feel like I am taking crazy pills!!!

Coming from me this is a bit ironic because I am always full-throttle 3-4 things going on at once but looking back I would have benefited by taking a chill-pill and focusing more.
