Have your supplies lined up way before you need them..... some things you need to order and that takes timeHave you contractors lined up and scheduled as far in advance as possible with some "wiggle room" when stuff gets delayed or takes longer than expected....it will happenYou basically need to multitask and get things done as quickly as possible, so that's means juggling multiple things at the same timeIf they turnover is basic...clean, touch ups etc, then many advertise BEFORE the last tenant is gone.

He mentioned a few times that he wants to leave at the end but when I spoke to him this evening he mentioned he has no where to go (his parents live 12 minutes away btw).I just got a job offer so I am trying to juggle a few things and my main concern is that he leaves when he's supposed too.

I decided to go with preparing myself for investing now, so I plan on purchasing my first property early next year and my student loans kick in summer of next year, so I may be juggling both but if investing goes well, I'll be able to generate some income and let that take care of the student loans.So make sure you choose the best option for you and trust your gut - you know you the best!
