Too many wholesalers are so eager to get a contract that they lock up properties way above market value, hoping to find a buyer who doesn’t know any better.

I want to make sure I am putting my best foot forward with this guy so I was hoping for some examples and feedback here.Let me know!

Definitely a "citation needed" statistic right there well I noticed she is from Western Australia ( Maybe Perth) and I know there has been a ton of wealth created in OZZIE land through RE  no doubt..

This has created an issue in discussing any topic as I have read not to over-whelm your partner with your knowledge, and she seems to know everything (sound familiar🤣) .
