I would still use a Hard Money Lender for something like this - some have a minimum but you may just have to search for a bit and find one that doesnt.

I was given the opportunity to appeal the decision, and provided proof of new ownership and property management, but Air BNB is maintaining their ruling to delete the listing for being duplicated.
