Having everything together at the touch of your fingertips gives you more time to do other things while investing. 

It is 4 separate parks that all are within 20 minutes from each other, they are city water/sewer, it has 125 units with about 110 POHs, and all the expense and income information is at my finger tips.

So I got licensed, because I always wanted to have access to all the data agents have at their fingertips and never seem to do anything with.

It also sounds like you have a lot of good resources at your fingertips!

I do think sites like Zillow, as well as the fact there is just so much more information at our finger tips, will hurt Real Estate Agents, but not the good ones.

There is a plethora of information and knowledge at your fingertips now.
