Hello from Atlanta, GA to my fellow investors!

Hello everyone, I just found this site while searching the internet and I'm glad I did. I am big in to forums due to cars forum that I venture. I personally think forums are a great idea and I absolutely love them.

My name is Tommy, currently 30 years old and from Atlanta. I have been doing real estate investing for the last 5 years. When I started I absolutely knew nothing about it. I came from a IT/Telecom background which at that point I resided in Dallas, TX.

My sister has been doing real estate for the last 15+ years in Atlanta. She did distress purchase and rehab, then did subject to, residential shortsales, and commericial note purchases. She relocated me here to help her with hopes that I can take over her residential side. I owe her a lot for teaching me the ropes but I think it's time I venture out and learn more myself in which I don't rely on her.

I am here to see and hopefully learn new ways of real estate investing. Look forward to gaining more knowledge and network with those in which has the same interest.
