Nonetheless, if he threatens litigation, I would probably report the incident to your insurance company and let them fight for you. 

Technically, if you are willing to fight it you can move the home if you have the title to it and all lot fees are current. 

You trained your tenants that you are a pushover and next thing you know they will be breaking terms left and right because they saw and realize you’ll do whatever without a fight

However, it's still the closest thing to "Vegas" on the east and seems to be pivoting towards an event/vacation driven economy. iE hosting concerts, conventions, sports tournaments, amateur fights, ect.What are we missing here?

I'm not a rehabber, but I'd expect that if you were looking to come flip in Vegas, you might be fighting a lot of incumbents at this point.
