Steve,Several Insurance companies are making "Line Coverage" available as an endorsement to Homeowners and Dwelling/Fire or Landlord policies.

I believe if you compare profit margins instead you'll find them similar.I think a Torrens system is fine and would endorse it, but first you'll have to support socialism and then you'll have to explain to thousands of people why they don't have a job anymore.  

The LLC insurance I got covers me personally as well via an endorsement and includes covering legal fees when the LLC and I both get sued which is by default action in my area.
