I’m looking to make things as cookie cutter as possible to simplify repairs and renovations when a tenant moves out.I’m looking to make a list of durable long lasting faucets , fixtures , appliances, flooring, and anything else that would be helpful.This list may be helpful for a lot of people besides myself.Looking for brands and models, high efficiency fixtures.Thank you

It's ridiculous how durable and maintenance free it is at that point.I will be doing that on my next remodel where we are replacing cabinetey/counters so I'll make sure to document my next rehab for you guys.

I've always figured it was a given that renters are harder on a house than owners and you furnish rentals with builder-grade items designed for durability, am I wrong? 

The main living areas are all hardwood and need a solid cleaning but look surprisingly good, if I were selling I'd likely refinish but for now they're just fine.For all of these, I'm going to use cheaper but slightly more durable materials (any recommendations?).

This is for rental that doesn't need transformation kit like Giani, looking for cheaper but durable solution. 

Can anyone link to a specific type that looks great, is durable and not to hard to install?
