I always recommend you do some google reviews and BBB reviews on any training program first to see what they say as well as BP reviews.As it relates to note training as a whole - I can pretty much tell everyone there is not a notes training course out there that will get you flipping notes.

@Stephen Kehoe - my worry is that after I house hack for a year by living in the basement and renting the upper floors, an inspector will need to review the property to obtain a rental license as I will no longer be living there and is considered a rental SF.

I have reviewed listings on Furnished Finders and Airbnb so far.

Good pictures, and good video walk through's are also a good thing to have so you can forward it to them and make sure they review prior to letting them do a physical tour.

Yes, it's easy to ask you these questions after the fact, but you won't succeed unless you carefully review your mistakes and learn from them.Not sure I agree with your statement, "RTR knew they’d messed up".
