I have a 1/1 and a 2/2 STR.

Are Dishwashers, clothes washers, and clothes dryers really necessary in the 1/1 and 2/2 STR's?

Hey @Marc Shin, short answer, yes.

A couple will want to wash some clothes if there are there more than a couple of days.

Same with dishes.

There are a lot of options for all in one stacks (washer dryer) or a single wash/dry machine as well as small size (18") dishwashers.

Don't skimp on these sorts of amenities. People want and use them and if you don't have them, some folks will pass on booking.
