The “crisis” here will be over in 1-2 months, some lingering effects in certain sectors.....but essentially back to normal. 

I can not find any such statement from the governor except an eviction moritorium while the crisis persists.

Fortunately the Fed has had some practice in stepping and and supporting the financial system from the 2008 financial crisis. 

I've been focused on the companies that will be the saviors of this crisis like Amazon, Zoom,  GM(for converting some of the manufacturing over to make ventilators. 

I would not want to be the person after this crisis is over to be in front of a judge over a non-TOE contract. 

Unfortunately with our current crisis on the Corona-virus I foresee a lot more houses back on the market and better inventory in the near future. 

I would probably say I wished I was in a position to be so generous but right now what I can do and am doing is working with all out of work tenants and tenants that are off without sick leave.I'm also not sure it's the best idea to make a such big gesture right now as I expect that the bigger problem will be down the road in the (likely) event that the economy doesn't bounce right back after the immediate crisis passes.
