This is the progression of what I've used in the past, up to what I'm using now.Google calendar -> search at the end of the year for keywords -> enter into Excel sheet -> to CPAQuicken (desktop) -> Mileage Tracker (Ok. but no advantage over Excel)TrackURMiles (Android)->Export to Excel occasionally)->to CPAI'm currently using TrackURMiles to try it out.

It can be had for around $99 from its website (discount seen in checkout) and includes full support of bank downloads for up to 3 years before requiring you purchase the latest version. local desktop software needs windows FYI. so thats $33/year...
