Karen Margrave I will conquer hillside building by 2014 just not quite ready for it yet. where there is will (and lots of money) there is a way LOL But definitely avoiding the oil rig lots although that placentia one that was on market for a while but expired was very tempting.

It was a package deal and it took me much longer to find my first deal so by the time I had the deal, my mentoring was over 'officially' but they did continue to help me a bit.A really good mentor will tailor a program for you and not just put you in their cookie cutter program.

They're tacky and look like s**t and if I see them anywhere near my 'hood they're going in the trash.I've seen some that someone has sliced up with a box cutter, but then thats just more litter, although I get a chuckle out of it.I've seen some that were written in a childish scrawl on the back of a pizza box as well......awful.Now that I got that out, back to work!
