@Chasing Vega, The Title Holding Trust (Land Trust) does not generally provide you with the confidentiality and privacy of ownership unless you acquire the property in the Title Holding Trust (Land Trust) to begin with.

@Jonathan Greene So In my example above, pls take the 170k and 20k termite repair numbers as example numbers.I started searching up "Duties of a relator as a Fiduciary " and you get the " loyalty", "confidentiality " etc etc...I came across this document that belongs to the National Association of realtors  , it is dated from 2013, maybe things have changed since 2013?

If it's a proposed sale leaseback before spending tons of money you need to sign a confidentiality component and get a look at their books.Often a sale leaseback is to re-capitalize but if the business itself is struggling they could close down.
