Steve Gallegos has even reached out to BP support to delete his comment, but he hasn't received a response back.Also, I'm pleased to see that a few of our clients saw this thread and posted positive reviews.

@Adriana Collado Hudak - As the comments illustrate, there is no "one size fits all" answer to this question. 

Lots of great advice here @Lance Turner.I would second @Bruce Woodruff's comment about making sure the LT renter understands that you will have a bunch of transient guests coming and going.

Like I said, I am looking forward to hear other people's tips or comments.
