My jaw dropped I couldn’t believe this was the one he chose but I was over living in the apartment so I had faith in him.

I was very new and clueless but I had faith in him and we bought the house and decided to do all the work ourself since he was a contractor and I was very handy myself.

Also, most tenants are willing to work with you if you are showing them good faith. 

i guess i have more faith in a large company like Passco or Cantor Fitzgeraldc) NNN, since my equity is split into 5 properties, i doubt i'll be able to sell them all at the same time and roll it into a NNN property.

It could have been a good faith mistake, FWIW.

I find that the initial leap into my first SFH purchase many years ago is not nearly as unnerving as the leap of faith from SFH to the Multifamily unit arena. 

HI there,  I am a Pro member; however, it has taken me awhile to jump out on faith as I learn the ropes.

Apparently this transaction was done in good faith, I do not want to put a blame on anyone but I feel like my agent dropped the ball on this one.

I've failed before, I'm not afraid to fail again.I had to put complete faith in a group of strangers I had never personally met before and systems I knew weren't completely reliable.
