The next general meeting is Thursday (free for foirst time attendees).

As mentioned by some other members, you can lease out individual rooms to school attendees to mitigate vacancy, OR employ a "house manager" under one lease; there's also the instructors/permanent party of these bases that choose to rent. 

There are more than a dozen investor groups that are already giving a fantastic value to their attendees.

Y'all can create the agenda to fit the needs of attendees and their various motives. 

They tell their seminar attendees to get pre approved with a hard money lender, establish a working relationship first, then go find the deal.A real "pre approval" (not the print it yourself letter from their website) from a hard money lender is impossible, since the loan depends on the property being offered as collateral itself, and not primarily on the borrower's credit or capacity.  

I'm a regular attendee, and am well connected there and in Warsaw as well. 

We've consistently had 6-8 attendees for each meeting with a few being higher and few being lower.
