Hello everyone my name is Yawo Akoussah. I live in Baltimore County, MD and I'm new to real estate investing. I currently work as an IT professional during the day. I have always been interested in Real Estate but never really took the time to learn about all the possibilities it can offer. After reading multiple books on financial independence, Real Estate Kept popping up, so I took the leap of faith this year to really dive in a soak up as much knowledge from this awesome community as well as contribute. My goal is to own multiple buy and hold rental properties to generate enough cash flow as passive income. I look forward to learning from everyone and building new relationships in the process.
