The whole star thing is a sham.

Sounds like a sham transaction.

It is a shame that many lenders fail to educate their applicants/consumers about lending practices and how credit card debts, student loans, car payments etc can affect their loan qualifications.

It's a shame that we focus only one day on the brave acts that protect our country.

., I'm feeling the issue of a sham transaction may arise selling to yourself......still thinking......I suppose if your LLC actually buys you'd be fine, but check with your accountant.

Its just a shame that all the scam shows out there really make you believe that they're all fixed now.

It's a shame that with the income i make each year, very little debt and excellent credit scores i can't secure a mortgage because although i technically pass with flying colors i've reached my maximum mortgage loans/limits due to Fannie Mae/Mac guidelines of no more than 4 properties for an individual.

It's a shame that a individual's life is effected by a pathetic system.

This house doesn't fit my normal criteria for buy & hold, but with the price and cash flow its mighty attractive.Seems a shame to let this one flounder around out there.
