I'm not saying this is you, but most people seem to forget that a well paying W2 paired with a smart expense reduction/cost of living reduction strategy is probably the most powerful REI tool out there.

@Kim Durst Actually, as long as the cash out of pocket as opposed to it being baked in the price is not a problem….I would Much prefer to take the price reduction and fix it myself.

Hi @Michael Morelli, we’ve also seen a reduction of booking and viewings over the last year in Cincinnati, OH due to increased inventory.What we have done is look at the competition, implement a more robust pricing strategy, and our most effective is to agitate the listing as often as possible!

I personally prefer flexibility but having structured amortization does provide discipline if principal reduction is an optimal outcome for you.
