I finished an undergrad and graduate degree and have just recently started my own small business working in that field.

To provide a little background about myself, I'm currently an undergrad studying real estate at NYU.

I also got my MBA and studied finance as an undergrad.

Went to UNCW for my undergrad.

I graduated undergrad from MTSU and still try to go back to Nash to visit friends as much as possible.

I have an undergrad degree in finance and worked in the mutual fund industry earlier in my career.

As part of my post-undergrad transition I asked my mentor if I could study some of his multifamily properties so I could learn and understand some of the systems and scenarios that take place in these kind of properties.I plan to spend at least 2-3 months living in and studying his properties, some of which have 300+ units.

In five years we should have a good chunk of $$ in the bank and, if, as I hope, she gets scholarships etc to pay for her undergrad those properties can continue to give her an income cushion or can be cashed out to pay for grad school.  

They always made clear that they would pay for 4 years of undergrad (nothing below a B!)

My undergrad was in biochemistry and now I am pursing Master in Bioscience which will put me into business world of pharmaceutical/biotech companies ( I wont do any bench chemistry lab work).
