Aspiring Rental Property Investor In the NY/NJ Area

Hey fellow BP members! 

It's great to post something on the forum for the first time, and I'm sure it won't be my last. 

To provide a little background about myself, I'm currently an undergrad studying real estate at NYU. As of right now, I don't have a source of income and, therefore, the credit to obtain financing for investing, so, in the meantime, I am saving up and studying hard to get started asap. 

In the meantime, I would love to connect with fellow investors in the NY/NJ area! If anyone in the area is in need of an extra helping hand in the near future for any stage of the investing process, I would love to help out as a way of building my network and experience!
