Books from the library.

I want them to be personalized, but don't particularly want to handwrite each name on hundreds of PC... and I don't know anything about the protocol for commercial printing.

Its a team communication channel that will install on your mobile devices as well as your desktop PC's - the free version of it will do probably anything you want to dohttps://slack.com/You could ask a question of the team from home depot, take a picture from your phone from inside a house and get an opinion.  

I also have a growing audibles library, and a ton of podcasts. keep yourself busy and always learning.

Outside of that, visit your local library and see if they've got some books on real estate that can help you get educated.

I bought two books from the BP library.

But keep it in perspective - a few tools and a PC shouldn't make or break a multi million dollar transaction.Andrew
