I could rant more about the mysterious passive voice, the needless cross-references, and the pompous hereofs and hereins.  

Needless to say, they left. 

Needless to say it up and went and the turnaround it started to have stopped.

Needless to say I was very inspired by his story and decided to become a member so I can have the opportunity to engage and interact with people who are way ahead of me in the game.

Needless to say, everyone that has visited the property has declined to proceed with the application process, and I am comfortable saying that a measurable amount do so because of this drama.I have tried asking the kids to not ride and play in the driveway (all other properties but mine do not have off-street parking).

Also you would be needlessly spending money to get no more rent form it.It could also hurt your resale value in case you wanted to sell in the future.Before I make a change I ask myself will this allow me to rent quicker or for more money if the answer is no then why do it?

Needless to say, none of the above will be getting recommendation.
