A lot of the REI events are marketing seminars and I want to network with actual investors not people selling an MLM investing scam.

Thank you Josh and team.I've been interested in RE for a long time, since high school at least when I first read Rich Dad Poor Dad (and actually got to meet Robert Kiyosaki at a MLM event my parents attended), and want to finally take a step in purchasing my first property.  

So I came accross a deal for a Single tenant industrial warehouse space for a major package distributor.

And nobody is emailing me and selling me on how great they are.BTW,  when I told the first guy I wasn't interested because I have no risk capital and I'm not interested in MLM - he wrote back that no one ever has their own money and then in CAPs they are not MLM. 

It's kind of like MLM, you go around recruiting people and you get paid when they sign up to get the course.

So I got sold a MLM scam and dropped out.

if you ever wonder who runs the ads who sets up the events its these companies.I have always said this stuff has its roots at its base in MLM..

Corporate ganging up, fun stuff ^^ I also believe in franchises (even MLM is not on my ethical blacklist), but if you have the spunk to do it yourself, then all the better.
