I keep getting directed to this website from all over the place. There are tons of people marketing it. What are all of your thoughts on it? Anyone used their services? Do you think this is a viable technique?

For 7+ years I've seen it . . . over and again people sign up for our site and then post an advertisement in our forums. Sometimes they stop, but many others just post the same ad over and again.
