It turns out that coordinating engineers, marketing and sales to launch a software product is not crazy different from coordinating vendors and subs to "launch" a construction project.I will disagree with everyone who says that hiring subs yourself puts you at a pricing disadvantage vs. prices GCs get. 

Most PMC softwares allow this - if the PMC knows what they are doing.It's also just a one-time setup for the PMC!

I am currently looking at opportunities to enter into the MH/Month-stay RV park space, and am wondering if there are recommendations for rent collection software that is specifically tailored? 

I wrote an Excel macro that did a CSV to IIF conversion that QB would read, and I believe there is software out there you can buy to do this, but it became cumbersome.

This is everything from tax, to legal, SDIRA/Solo 401(k), creative financing, market updates, software, mngt, etc. 

In your experiences what websites or software works well for getting leads with accurate data?

Or is there a way to get software that can do it?

I'm a software engineer for a company called Accenture but I dabbled in underwriting multifamily on the side.

After looking into the software it looks like it will be ok especially since we only have 4 doors right now and are local.
