Some really interesting options especially for top markets - such as 10 years interest only - which could be great if you are predicting a large amount of appreciation to make up for the lack of paying down principal.Honestly, 10 years fixed is quite a bit of time to pay down mortgage - and after 7-10 years you will likely feel the itch to 1031x to harvest your equity and increase your cost basis (reduce taxable income). 

Hey BP,A few months ago I posted about my upcoming move to Jacksonville, FL and now I'm here/settling in and I've got the itch to get involved in real estate.  

I will be living in it while renting out the other 2 rooms but I already have the itch to buy a rental property.Whether I buy something that’s completely ready to rent and search for a good deal or BRRR a house I wanted to see the thoughts on the kensington/port Richmond area.Buying land and holding?

Better go buy some hydrocortisone because after getting 2 properties, the itch to get more is going to get strong!!!

We got the rental home itch and bought another lot.  

I got the real estate itch when I purchased our current residence in Midland, VA....an old 1940's farmhouse set on 14.5 acres.  

I have this big itch to buy a converter van and go travel the USA.
