Hey BP,

A few months ago I posted about my upcoming move to Jacksonville, FL and now I'm here/settling in and I've got the itch to get involved in real estate.  I've been educating myself as much as possible over the course of the past few years while I was in college and now I'm at the point where I'm ready to get started. This is an exciting time in a young, hopeful investor's life, so for those of you in the early stages of an investing career, I'd love to talk about anything and everything. For those who are more established and are infinitely wiser in the real estate world, I'd love the opportunity to talk with and learn from you as well. I relish the opportunity to establish relationships with new people, and if the relationship happens to be mutually beneficial in a business sense, even better, right?

My goal is to start in the residential multi-family realm of real estate and I'm hoping to eventually branch into the commercial multi-family realm. I just wanted to post and reach out to any like-minded individuals out there who are interested. Always excited to talk to new people.
