Looking at your website, it appears like you offer REA services in the greater Columbus, OH area.

My husband and I are now looking at other places more  look at Columbus Ohio for new construction. don't buy existing 100 year old inventory that the 1 of 20 realtors here will try to sell you and don't for all the off market stuff either 

Columbus is an under built market I don't know what market this is in but I'd agree if all they do is build

we build stacked triplex 2004 sq ft total, 668 sq ft in columbus economics work here for new construction enough to pull all cash out with land in urban core very affordable on infill lots.

I was just at a capital raising event in New York City pitching miami and columbus. by far there is more interest in miami for development, land entitlement, etc. you also aren't local so I'd discount what you say by like 80%. even if you are looking at "condo" investments, that's about the poorest way to invest in real estate so I'd say just you looking at that says something about your experience level.

I'd be interested in talking. my info is in my signature I'll message you to connect. we are looking for 85% LTC lenders for ground up triplex deals for three investors in Columbus Ohio. we are LPs in the deal just to qualify them and we have ground up experience as well as general contractor license. all construction sets, plans, etc. all of the entitlements we take care of so should be all set. totally vertically integrated and all the same plan. all urban infill lots close to downtown easy to appraise. 

I understand Columbus is a highly appreciated area, but do you think it is still worth investing with the small cash on cash return (sometimes 0)  if appreciation is expected?
