I wish I could find something in Australia (where I'm from) that would be comparative.

I just wanted to quickly run this by some of the more tax-adept members.I am looking at investing in a property management partnership in Australia, while living in the US.

There is never an issue with making the repayments.The mortgage guidelines in Australia are super strict so everyones perception is that they alway must afford to make the payments.
