Improvements add value to the home, prolong its life, or adapt it to a new use.

Long term relationships have to adapt over time as people have changes in their lives.

. #1.....Seriously though, It's pretty unprecedented what's happening here, and many of the jobs could come back in the coming months as we adapt and adjust, there's going to be an even bigger gap of  HAVES and HAVE NOTS. 

Fencing the yard might mitigate that to some extent.That said, pretty much everybody who lives on a busy/loud main street has either adapted to it or didn't care in the first place. 

Being overseas without a good internet connection makes conducting business very difficult and I've had to adapt to the limitations of my environment.

I think the most important thing is understanding and adapting to the local market.Desired length of stay is a factor we look at, as is how long they have lived at prrior addresses, how long they ahve held current job, how long they have held any previous jobs, how verifyable any of the info is, whether they have a bank account, etc.
