I recognize that many of you would possibly be snickering at what solely a sixteen yr historical youngster can do, however I have the starvation of getting information and coin.

There are a bunch of brand new youngsters, right out of high school. 

I did lot of research whenever I had these opportunities.I am happy that youngsters are getting into these simple trades with which you are seeding comfortable future.

As Rich mentioned, some exceptions might be made, ya gotta have some youngsters to keep active and the blood boiling ya know....:)I'm sure there may be some demographics where the markey is soft for enough prospects to fill a complex and that may influence lowering the age requirement.

Does anyone know of or reccomend a "Turn Key" type "Bird Dog " or "Property Locator " Program ,where the investor can place a Craigslist Ad ,,,the candidate replies and all his "FAQ's" are already addresses and answered in the program.Ive stumbled upon some good one in the past surfing the Net ,but they've disappeared.A fella named Andy Proper had a good one but the link is down,Id love to have some eager youngsters help me find fixer type property ,but I dread all the hand holding and explanations ahead of me.Please advise,,,,any help greatly appreciatedDave DoyleMonrovia Ca

It took a lot of good timing (Y2K), good connections, luck, and hard work to parlay those degrees into a lucrative line of work.The one thing I will say - college degrees are practically necessary for a youngster to get an interview at bigger companies.

I'm sure that I have soaked up enough information to start making action steps to get into the wholesale real estate business. Im 20 years old work at a 7 to 3:30 job have 600 dollars saved up and I try to save 100...

You'll need it anyway in law school when you do your clerkships.During school, when/if you rent a place, that in it of itself is a good learning experience (as a youngster)....Start building your credit history (its called a "history" for a reason...). 

For background about me, I'm 20 years old and I'm a current junior studying Computer Science with specialization in AI; I've had a few internships and experience in coding AI algorithms.It seems like the value which I can provide is related to my coding abilities, and the time I have since I lack too many responsibilities as a youngster.
