Thank you everyone for your advice, everyone has great viewpoints! 

I'm simply offering an alternative viewpoint based on the current market conditions and the heightened competition.It's easy to tell people to put sticky notes on someone's door, but what is the true cost and benefit? 

I'm currently 34, but have thought about this topic a lot from the viewpoint of someone who had a privileged upbringing, and how that affected who I have become.I wouldn't say I grew up rich, in fact we were a decidedly middle class family in a very affluent part of the midwest.

Permit me to express my personal viewpoint: the year 2020 has truly been a turning point in my life, as I made a resolute decision to bring order and organization into my life.

.; the local broker community knows the type assets we buy and therefore often I get first look and my investors benefit.And to go full circle and present an alternative viewpoint.
