He made a deal with them to give a discount to their members for few dollars off from these fast food places when they rent certain numbers of video tapes a month. 

While we were there, my wife videotaped the entire time we were in the house.  

I videotape my inspections.Since they did not reply after I told them that I needed an immediate answer - either 7:30 AM together or me doing it by myself after they leave.I think I am just going to leave it alone at this point. 

If you want to videotape someone, then you do have to have internet.The most important thing is not to capture intruders on camera, because let's face it, you're never going to be able to identify them to have the police arrest them.

You could video tape the unit before you put stuff in storage if that is needed. 

I go a step further and video tape both.

I'm thinking about video taping the entire process of the rehab, maybe even the closing:)

I'm not sure how a judge would interpret this in your state, but video taping someone else's home without their consent could get you in trouble. 

I know a "guru" who teaches wholesaling from start to finish while video taping the whole procedure from beginning to end.
