Your policy will not cover damages to vegetation.

But even with the severity of coronavirus deepening, please make sure you have adequate amounts of food, stationary items, simple medical supplies, and immune system boosters (the best way to protect yourself from the coronavirus is to protect your immune system [Vitamin C, Vitamin D, sleep & adequates amounts of vegetables]. 

I say really bad only cause it sticks out like a sore thumb, I've only seen the outside and the vegetation has taken over.

I've noticed that investors from states with arid climates don't always account for wood rot & vegetation growth.

When I left there in 2005, the City was reducing the number of lawns, cutting back on vegetation that required watering, and I believe they even drained Desert Shores for a while.

I look for products that are safe to use around vegetables and flowers.

Very risky indeed,  You may end up with vegetation liens, sewer liens or mechanics liens from unpaid contractors.  

No good.One of my workers rents the other side of the duplex "cousin" lives in, and they've called the police on this "cousin" and her children multiple times for noise disturbances, threats (from the mother and her boyfriend), and vandalization (the kids ripped my my workers vegetable garden and threw the veggies onto his porch!).

SFRs- we take care of trees and shrubs, tenant takes care of mowing, edging, and flower/vegetable beds.Maintenance Issues: We take care of all maintenance & repair.
