Without it you are getting nowhere.See before you dive in, before you spend a cent on lead generation you NEED to know what your cost / deal is.It is not about cost/lead, it is about cost/deal.Once you know what the cost/deal is for your lead gen method be it DMM, what ever, only then can you dive in.If you have not done your cost/deal calculation you are undeniably winging it.

In both of my situations, once I had the undeniable evidence and stated that I was willing to file a suit against them for damages -- which would result in 2-3x's the dollar amount of the actual fix -- I didn't have much issue getting reimbursed.

I crushed 2 of them:- add 20 units to portfolio (partnered up and have 73 closed or pending) - build standalone real estate office (will be complete on 9/1)2 are works in progress:- have 10 agents and 2 admins on the team (we’re at 7 and 1) - close 100 transactions for the year (we’re at 45) And the most important one I completely lost sight of:- buy an investment property to fund my 9 month olds college (I haven’t looked at something for this since February)...It’s easy to blame Covid but the one I lost sight of is completely and undeniably my own fault.
