2020 Goals - how are you doing?

I had a coach challenge me to dig out my 2020 goals and review them. I had 5 goals for the year. I crushed 2 of them:

- add 20 units to portfolio (partnered up and have 73 closed or pending)
- build standalone real estate office (will be complete on 9/1)

2 are works in progress:

- have 10 agents and 2 admins on the team (we’re at 7 and 1)
- close 100 transactions for the year (we’re at 45)

And the most important one I completely lost sight of:

- buy an investment property to fund my 9 month olds college (I haven’t looked at something for this since February)...

It’s easy to blame Covid but the one I lost sight of is completely and undeniably my own fault. Good thing we have another 3.5 months left to the year and we can still turn things around!
How are you doing with yours?
