So far the tropical regions don't seem to have a big problem.  

By the end of week 3, if things are opening back up, we will be dining out on the beach, staying in a hotel somewhere tropical because we will be so sick of being home, we just need to get out.Based on my circle of friends, this is not a unique situation. 

North Florida, hurricane / tropical storm area....So, with the damage being done by the POWER not being on, the floor can and will separate from moisture...

Some of his advice is very risky and/or illegal, like taking your family on a vacation to an exotic tropic location and writing it off as a business expense because you look at a few properties. 

This should smash the myth of the idea that you have to live in a warm tropical vacation spot in order to make this business model work.

I run a tropical fish site, the first thousand took a little while to achieve but after that it is all down hill.

I've checked off most of the continental US, parts of W.Europe but haven't checked out any tropical climes.On my list are central America and the Bahamas..... gotta sell some houses first!!
