Do you need a bigger truck and a trailer, extra insurance storage..can you rent your machine out when your not using it?

As soon as allowed by Authorities, We have several Teams going into NC, SC & TN to setup temporary shelters (TH/Fema Trailers), Food & H2O, Chainsaw Crews & Cleanup Crews, Gen Crew (electricians) & Etc..

Within the community you have experts in every field that will help you in the area you want to pursue, from trailer parks, to multifamily, to flipping, to wholesaling, to Short Term Rentals, you name it.

So I looked into 35-12A-1, this seems to deal with Tenants who have abandoned the Mobile Home/Trailer, either TOH or POH, and not with Tenants who are still inhabiting the Mobile Home/Trailer.  

I'm not sure of the local job market etc, but maybe someone who wants to save on rent would pay a couple hundred a month to bring in their camper/RV/Travel Trailer to stay in the area for cheap...that's about it I think.  

The last time I did an insurance MTR it involved my work truck, an alternating current generator, 150 feet of extension cord, a sawzall, an appliance dolly, my 14 foot trailer, a house with fire damage and a $3000 Samsung French door fridge.Don't expect to make any money without doing any work.

However, these are on slab foundations - not trailers and meet IRC & building dept regs.
