I have a trailer house for sale, but I have need the money out if it faster.

I’d honestly look for a trailer reseller or someone with their own land. 

I am looking at some Repository list properties, due to these being on this list it is to my knowledge since they are from judicial sale they will be provided with a free and clear title.I am noticing 2 things on some PINs either the pin is for a "improvement only" (trailer, garage etc) or the name on the repo list does not match the most recent on the GIS pin.With these situations does that mean if its improvement only you would only own the trailer for example and not be able to do anything with it as the land is still theirs?

Sounds like he is doesn't want to invest in his own park with his own trailers but wants you to buy it at a premium then buy his trailers at full retail to put into the park.  

I am interested in potentially buying a trailer park as the investment is in the land and the tenants rent the lot, bringing their own asset (mobile home) to the location and typically, they stay for the long term. any invoice for a new real estate investor trying to get into this business?

I finally have decided to let all but one go and now invest with others in syndications such as large apartment communities, trailer parks, and even a steel manufacturing plant.

I have been told that RV outfitters may carry more as these units are used in trailers and large (bus type) RVs.Another thing to keep in-mind is that an all-in-one (washer/dryer) unit will be foreign to your tenants.  

Now I coinvest with others in larger deals from apartments, trailer homes to industrial deals.
