I would start there if you are really looking to pay only in Bitcoin.For all of the crypto haters out there - most people investing in crypto now know that it is similar to the tech/internet bubble, but it would be nice to catch the next Google or Apple.

Type of construction materials for the build(block/metal frame/wood frame), separate utilities, finishes, tech, cleaning crews, any tips and tricks would be HUGE! 

Personally, I would probably invest in 1/2 in the S&P 500, 1/3 in the tech monopolies, and 1/6 in real estate. 

Hello Mike, Syracuse and surrounding area is benefitting from an influx of tech companies and a huge chip manufacturing company, Micron, which is building a $100 billion fab over the next 20 years. 

Maybe not the easiest deal but with the best upside.Philly needs jobs, attracting tech jobs should be a plan.

Outside of healthcare or tech, I haven't ran across many great job opportunities.

Seems like there are a lot of individuals in this boat  -  especially in my sons line of work  - which is lighting and tech for special events and music tours.

With a budget of $300K-$400K, you could potentially find single-family homes or small multi-units in those areas.I'd recommend researching rental demand near universities like Duke or NC State or even checking out neighborhoods with strong job growth near tech hubs.
